Use melted candy to make 24 candy hearts in heart mold.
Place heart cookie cutter on cookie sheet and fill 1/4-inch deep with melted candy. Refrigerate candy mold and cookie sheet until candy is set; unmold.
Bake and cool 24 cupcakes. Ice 6 cupcakes pink and cover with sprinkles. Ice remaining 18 cupcakes white and position candy hearts on top. Arrange cupcakes on plate and position large candy heart in center.
