Project Instructions
Bake and cool 1-layer sheet cake. Prepare cake ball mixture. On waxed paper, shape mixture into a dome, 2 in. wide x 1 ½ in. high. Chill until firm. Remove waxed paper.
Melt Candy Melts candy according to package instructions. To make candy base, place round cutter on sheet pan. Fill ½ in. deep with melted white candy. Tap to settle; chill until firm. Remove cutter.
For snowman body, position candy base on waxed paper. Position cake dome on candy base. Use melted white candy in cut parchment bag to cover dome and base, flowing over at bottom for a melted look. Chill until firm. Peel off waxed paper.
Mold snowman cookie using cookie/candy mold. Use melted orange candy in cut parchment bag to pipe nose. Tap to settle; chill until firm.
Use melted red candy in cut parchment bag to pipe hat band. Tap to settle; chill until firm.
Use melted black candy in cut disposable bag to pipe hat. Tap to settle; chill until firm.
Position cookie in mold. Fill mold with melted white candy. Tap to settle; chill until firm. Unmold.
Attach cookie to body with melted white candy. Chill until firm.
Use melted black candy in cut parchment bag to pipe eyes, mouth and buttons. Chill until firm.
