- Wilton® 10.5 in. x 15.5 in. x 1 in. Jelly Roll/Cookie Pan
- Wilton® Primary Candy Colors Set (red and orange used)
- Wilton® 15 in. Parchment Triangles
- Wilton® 8 in. Lollipop Sticks
Project Instructions
Melt Candy Melts candy according to package directions. To make candy base, place circle cutter in jelly roll pan. Fill 3/8 in. deep with melted light cocoa candy. Tap to settle; chill until firm. Remove candy from cutter.
Mold Santa using lollipop mold without sticks. Tint portions of melted white candy red and light orange for skin tone shown using candy colors.
Use melted skin tone candy in cut parchment bag to pipe face. Tap to settle; chill until firm.
Use melted red candy in cut parchment bag to pipe hat. Tap to settle; chill until firm.
Fill remainder of mold with melted white candy. Tap to settle; chill until firm. Unmold.
Add a little red candy to white candy to make pink. Use melted pink candy in cut parchment bag to pipe tongue. Chill until firm.
Use melted light cocoa candy in cut parchment bag to pipe eyes. Chill until firm.
Attach Santa candy to base with melted light cocoa candy. Chill until firm.
Attach lollipop stick to back of candy base with melted light cocoa candy. Chill until firm.
