Project Instructions
Position snowflake cutter on cookie sheet and fill 1/8 in. with melted light cocoa candy; refrigerate to set.
Add second layer of melted peppermint candy 1/8 in. deep on top of light cocoa; refrigerate to set.
Unmold. Attach white candy melt disc for snowman’s face with dots of melted candy in cut parchment bag.
Tint white candy black and orange and use black to pipe eyes and mouth and orange to pipe nose.
Roll out spice drop on surface sprinkled with granulated sugar and cut into hat shape; attach with melted candy.
