Project Instructions
Step: 1
Bake and cool cupcakes in silicone baking cups. Ice smooth with light rose icing. Pipe tip 103 ruffle in white icing around top border. Combine Red-Red and Christmas Red icing and use tip 3 to pipe line ribbons and bow.
