Bake and cool your favorite cake recipe 1 in. deep in cookie pan.
Use Heart Comfort Grip Cookie Cutter to cut cakes.
Make candy truffle hearts with light cocoa (2) and red (1) melted candy to fill ¼ deep in mold. Refrigerate to set; unmold.
Position cakes on cooling grid placed over cookie pan and cover with thinned white, red and rose icing.
For white cake, cover sides with nonpareils; let set.
Attach red candy truffle heart to center of cake.
Pipe tip 2 outlines around candy heart and sprinkles with nonpareils.
For red cake, sprinkle with red cake sparkles before buttercream set.
Attach light cocoa truffle heart to center of cake.
Pipe tip 2 outline around candy heart and sprinkle again with red cake sparkles.
For rose cake, sprinkle micro hearts sprinkles around border of cake.
Attach light cocoa candy truffle heart to center of cake.
Place heart sprinkles on top of cake and on top of heart candy.
