Project Instructions

For Christmas Tree Pretzel Mold, use melted orange, blue, violet, yellow and red candy in cut parchment bag to pipe details on tree mold; chill to set. Fill in mold with melted green candy. Position pretzel rod and rotate to coat back of pretzel; chill to set. Remove from mold when completely chilled.

For Santa Pretzel Mold, tint melted light cocoa candy melts with black candy color. In a cut parchment bag, pipe eyes, boots and mittens in mold; chill to set. Color white candy with a touch of orange candy melts for skin tone. Place melted candy in cut parchment bag and use to pipe in face; chill. Pipe white details; chill. Pipe red details; chill. Fill in back with red melted candy. Position pretzel rod and rotate to coat back of pretzel; chill to set. Remove from mold when completely chilled.

For Reindeer Candy Cookie, tint light cocoa with black candy color. In a cut parchment bag, pipe eyes and nose in mold. Color white candy tan with a touch of light cocoa. Pipe antlers; chill. Pipe face light cocoa; chill to set. Pipe white of hat; chill to set. Pipe red of hat; chill to set. Fill in 2/3 full with melted green candy, press in cookie and chill to set.

For Santa Candy Cookie, mix white candy with a touch of orange candy color to achieve skin tone. In mold use melted candy in cut parchment bag to pipe light cocoa eyes; chill. Pipe in face; chill. Pipe in white details; chill. Pipe red hat; chill. Fill in background 2/3 full with green candy, press in cookie and chill to set.

For Light Bulb Candy Cookie, use melted yellow candy in cut parchment bag to pipe yellow bulb in mold; pipe socket light cocoa; chill. Fill in red background 2/3 full with red candy, press in cookie and chill to set.

For Tree Candy Cookie, use melted green candy in cut parchment bag to fill tree in mold; chill. Fill in background 2/3 full with white candy, press in cookie and chill to set.
