Bake and cool two-layer cake.
Ice smooth with buttercream icing.
Use tip 3 to outline gifts 1½" and 3¼" wide x 2¼" and 3½" high.
Fill in gifts with tip 16 stars.
Use tip 8 to pipe beads for bow and lines for ribbon.
Pipe tip 3 center dot on bows.
Add confetti sprinkles.
