Project Instructions
Use red icing to decorate zigzags on ankles and wrists.
Use white icing to decorate dot eyes, nose, buttons and outline mouth. Top each with mini multicolored candies.
Use white icing to decorate hair and add confetti sprinkles in a cluster in hair.
