To print the Wilton® Buttercream Icing Recipe, click here.
Bake brownies according to recipe 1" thick in sheet pan. Let cool.
Use heart cutter to cut brownie shape.
Remove brownie from pan.
Tint icing Rose and use tip 4 to pipe vertical stripes on brownie.
Attach heart icing decoration to center of brownie with icing.
