Ch 20.

Yoh and dc in third ch from hook and in every st across (19 sts).

Ch 2 and turn. Starting with first st, sc in each st across.

Ch 3 and turn. Starting with second st, dc in each st across.

Rep step 3 and 4 six times, forming a square.

Cut and tie off, working the end into piece.

Working right side up, fold like an envelope.

Using a plastic needle, sew bottom flap to side flaps. Cut and tie off, working the end into piece.

Sew on bead or button and work bead through dc to close.

To create handle, string wooden beads through yarn to desired length. Tie on each side as shown and work the end into piece.

NOTE: Instructions may vary if different yarn is used.

rep = repeat

sc – single crochet

dc = double crochet

st(s) = stitch(es)

yoh = yarn over hook
