Material List
- Yarn
- Crochet Hook – Size J
- Scissors
- Chipboard (or Cardboard)
Project Instructions
Cut chipboard or cardboard to desired length of tassel.
Wrap yarn around cardboard or chipboard piece, lengthwise, until you reach the desired thickness.
Leave a 12" piece of excess yarn and trim.
Cut the bottom yarn loops while still wrapped on the cardboard.
Push a crochet hook through the top loops so that the yarn can slide off of cardboard, and the top loops remain in place over the hook.
Take the 12" excess piece and wrap around yarn underneath the crochet hook. Wrap several times.
Yarn over and pull through with hook.
Pull excess piece through loop created in above step to form a knot to complete tassel.
