- Yarn- Orange, White, Red and Black
- Buttons- Black and White
- Low Heat Glue Gun
Glue one end of the white yarn to the back of the 10" disc and begin wrapping the yarn around the disc to completely cover. Turn the disc as you wrap to get even coverage around the sides. Glue again where you stop. Repeat this step using the orange yarn over the top of the white, letting some of the white yarn show through as shown. Glue lengths of red and black yarn in a starburst pattern, crossing in the center. Glue a black button to the end of each length of red and black yarn. Glue a cluster of white buttons to the center of the disc to cover the spot where the yarns cross.
Cover the 6" disc with orange yarn the same way as you covered the 10" disc above. Overlap the orange yarn with red yarn, letting some of the orange show through. Glue lengths of black yarn in a starburst pattern, crossing in the center. Glue a white button to the end of each length of black yarn. Glue a cluster of black buttons to the cneter of the disc to cover the spot where the yarns cross.
The 8" disc is covered a little differently. Glue one end of the orange yarn to the back of the disc. The first wrap will divide the disc in half. Continue in a clockwise motion, laying each wrap directly next to the previous wrap, crossing the center of the disc until completely covered. Glue crisscross lengths of black yarn in the center of the disc. Glue black buttons to the ends of each length of yarn.
Add a loop of ribbon to the back of each disc to hang.
