Project Instructions

Beads
Step 1 Cut 12½"x8½" black paper strips. Cut the animal print paper ½"x2" (enough to cover the black bead after rolling.)
Step 2 Roll the black paper strip around an 1/8" bamboo skewer or cut the cotton off each end of a plastic cotton swab and roll around the plastic tube. Use Mod Podge® to glue and seal the paper. Roll the animal print paper over the black paper and smooth down any wrinkles, using Mod Podge® to seal. Remove from the roller and let dry.

Step 3 Seal the beads with clear fingernail polish or glitter polish to make them harder and waterproof. Let them dry completely.

Step 4 String the paper beads and the black spacer beads on the black elastic cording and tie in several knots to secure to fit around your wrist. Apply a drop of glue to the knot so that it doesn’t unravel.
Step 5 Attach jump rings around cording, between spacer beads and paper beads. Spread them around the bracelet as you like.
Charms
Step 1 Trace the four animal images onto the shrink plastic using the provided pdf pattern with the extra fine point Sharpie®.

Step 2 Color the images lightly onto the rough side of the plastic with colored pencils, then shrink in an oven or use a heat gun according to manufacturer’s directions.

Step 3 Coat with a clear sealer to finish.
Step 4 Attach the charms to the bracelet using the jump rings.
