All-Star Cake Pops
- Duff™ Cake Pans, 9"x13"
- Duff™ Cake Mix – Yellow
- Duff™ Icing Pouch – Yellow
- Melting Chocolate – Colors of Choice (1 Pkg.)
- Duff™ Candy Writers – Colors of Choice
- Sucker Sticks, 6"
Preheat oven to 325°.
Grease and flour one 9"x13" cake pan.
Bake yellow cake according to Duff(TM) cake mix instructions.
Let cool completely.
In a mixer, place cake and pouch of icing. Mix until well blended.
Shape cake pop mixture into desired sports ball shapes.
Melt melting chocolate slowly at a low temperature on the stove.
Dip end of sticks into chocolate and insert into cake balls. Freeze for 15 minutes.
Dip cake pops into colored melting chocolate that coordinates with ball shape. Tap off excess chocolate.
Add detail with colored candy writers.
Place sucker stick into Styrofoam® sheet and let dry.
