Styli'stick paint, the latest innovation from Pébéo, allows you to decorate your clothing items and other fabric accessories easily, without the risk of damage. It is a non-toxic water based paint that dries to form a soft film design. The design is then heat transferred onto fabric. It may be peeled off and fixed onto other fabric items.

FIRST STEPS WITH STYLI'STICK

1. PAINT: Place a plastic sheet over your selected pattern. Paint directly on the plastic sheet with the Styli'stick tube.

2. PEEL OFF: Allow to dry flat for 24 hours. You will see, it is magic! The colors dry to a very vivid plastic film. Peel it carefully.

3. TRANSFER: Place it on your piece of clothing and then lay a sheet of the special transfer paper on top of your design. Fix the design to the fabric by ironing over the transfer paper at SILK position no steam. The transfer process may take more time depending on the thickness of the design:

  • 30 seconds for a thin design (less than 1mm)
  • 2 minutes for a thick design (more than 1mm)

4. PEEL IT OFF, USE IT AGAIN AND AGAIN: Before you wash your clothes, carefully peel off your design. You can protect the design from damage by leaving it between 2 plastic sheets.

TIPS AND IDEAS

What can I decorate with Styli'stick?
It can be used on all types of clothes, made of cotton, mixed fibers, polyester and lycra. You can fix it to your accessories
too (bags, shoes, hats…)

How should the paint be applied?
It is applied directly from the tube. If the tube is blocked, unfold a paperclip and use the end to unblock the nozzle.

Can I use a hair dryer to make my design dry quicker?
No, cracks will appear.

Can I use water to dilute colors?
No, the paint is ready to use. If water is used, the results will not be the same.

I stained my clothes with some of the paint, what should I do?
We recommend that you use an apron, but if you do stain your clothes, rub gently with soapy water before the paint dries.

My design does not stick very well on the fabric, what can I do?
To fix the design, you should use an iron on SILK setting, without steam. Then, iron the entire design, with the special
transfer paper for about 30 seconds, pressing hard on the edges. If the design is very thick, you should press even harder with the iron at the edges.

My design has some flaws (bubbles, crackles), can I improve it?
Yes, while ironing, press firmly with the point of the iron, on the irregular areas. The imperfections will disappear.

I can’t peel my design off before I wash my clothes, what can I do?
If the design becomes difficult to peel off, wet the fabric slightly with clean water and try again.

Traces of colors have remained on my clothes, how can I clean it?
After peeling off the design, there is a possibility that some colors remain on the clothes. In this case, you slightly wash
the fabric with soapy water before placing it in the washing machine. Traces will disappear after washing.
