Due to the seasonal nature of some merchandise, actual availability of some products pictured may vary.
 
  • PENGUINS: Paint the following with Wrought Iron Black: all wooden beads for heads, clay pots, except for one 1-inch for bodies and four large and six small teardrops for wings. Paint remaining 1-inch clay pot with Mistletoe Green for hat.
 
  • Glue largest heads on top of largest bodies, medium heads on top of medium bodies and smallest head on top of smallest body. Glue two teardrop wings to back of each penguin, using larger teardrops for larger penguins and smaller teardrops for smaller penguins. Glue hat on top of one largest head.
 
  • Use pouncer to dab Cloud White on each penguin for stomach and face. Use scissors to cut pointed ends from five remaining small teardrops for beaks. Discard remaining teardrop pieces. Paint beaks with Fiesta Yellow; glue one onto each face. Use handle tip of pouncer dipped in Wrought Iron Black to add dots to each penguin for eyes. Lightly pounce cheeks with an equal mix of Geranium Red and Cloud White.

 
  • Cut pointed ends from three small wooden hearts and discard. Paint remaining part of each heart with Fiesta Yellow and glue to fronts of three smallest penguins for feet.
 
  • Dress penguins as desired by making the following accessories: Cut chenille stems in half; coil or wrap around heads for hats; wrap around necks for scarves. Cut a small length of chenille stem, glue each end to a pom-pom and glue to top of head for ear muffs. Glue pom-poms to tops of some hats. Gently brush a little Outdoor Snow on pom-poms and chenille stems.

 
  • IGLOO: Cut foam ball in half. Use one half for igloo, discard other half. Cut paper or foam cup lengthwise in half. Trim off 1½-inch from rim of cup for igloo entrance.

 
  • Use craft stick to cover igloo, igloo entrance and 3-inch clay saucer for snow mound with Outdoor Snow. Use Outdoor Snow to adhere igloo and entrance together.
 
  • Paint wooden rectangle with Deep Waterfall Blue for sign. Use liner to write 123 Christmas Lane with Cloud White on sign. Paint toothpick with alternating stripes of Geranium Red and Cloud White, glue to back of sign.
 
  • Insert toothpick with sign into side of igloo.

Tip: Read and follow manufacturer's instructions for all products used.

Use photo as a guide when painting and assembling project.

Use paintbrush appropriate for size of area being painted.

Let paint dry between coats and before adding any details or highlights.

Wash paintbrushes with water and dry with paper towels before changing paint colors.
