     Finished Size
About 45 x 60-inches (114.5 x 152.5 cm) not including fringe.
 
     Gauge
2 V-sts + 3˝ rows = 5 in. (12.5cm) in pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE.
 
     Throw
Starting at lower edge, ch 61.
 
     Row 1: Dc in 5th ch from hook, ch 1, dc in same ch (V-st made), *sk 2 ch, (dc, ch 1, dc) in next ch (V-st made); repeat from * to last 2 ch, sk 1 ch, dc in last ch – 19 V-sts and 1 dc on each end.
 
     Rows 2–40: Ch 3 (counts as dc), turn, (dc, ch 1, dc) in each ch-1 sp across, dc in 3rd ch of turning ch.
 
     Fasten off .
 
     Edging
Join yarn in any corner of Throw.
 
     Edging Row: Ch 1, single crochet evenly spaced along long edge of Throw. Fasten off . Rep edging along other long edge.
 
     Fringe
For each Fringe cut 9 strands of yarn approximately 22 in. (56cm) long. Hold the strands together and fold in half. Use crochet hook to draw fold through edge of Throw, forming a loop. Pull ends of Fringe through this loop. Pull to tighten. Make Fringe evenly spaced along top and lower edges of Throw. Trim Fringe evenly.
 
     Finishing
Weave in ends.
