  • Construction paper
  • Craft sticks

  • Recycled box lid
  • Sandpaper

Due to the seasonal nature of some merchandise, actual availability of some products pictured may vary.

 
  • Create a beach scene. Inside a box lid, color sky with Twistables™. Cut and glue on sandpaper to fit like sand dunes.

 
  • Design the plane. Use craft sticks, toothpicks, construction paper, and glue to make an accurate replica of the Wrights’ biplane with wings and propellers.

 
  • Shape a pilot and engine with Model Magic®. Add color from Washable Markers and knead. Glue them to the plane. Glue plane onto the beach.

Tip: Keep finished product away from open flame. Do not mold into candleholders or other like items for use around flame. Do not put in oven, microwave, or kiln.

ATTENTION: The cutting edges of scissors are sharp and care should be taken whenever cutting or handling. Adult supervision is recommended with all children.

By its nature, wood is rough and may contain splinters.

Safety guidelines recommend this art project is suitable for children age 4 years and older. Close adult supervision is required to ensure safety.
