Teacher Gift Card Holder

Here’s an easy Teacher Gift Card holder project you can do with kids to help them show their appreciation for teacher. And, don’t forget to put your Michaels Gift Card in it!

Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint™, Black Slick®
Aleene’s® FunCraft™ Foam Glue
Fibre Craft Foam Sheet, Brown

Due to the seasonal nature of some merchandise, actual availability of some products pictured may vary.

Lightly trace patterns onto coordinating color of foam using pencil. Carefully cut out pieces and slot for card.

Apply a thin bead of glue around entire edge on back of each apple section and on back of smaller pieces. Let dry until clear.

Press two apple sections together forming a pocket for card.

Press remaining pieces on apple.

Lightly pencil desired words on front of apple. Start flow of Black 3D Paint on paper towel using an even pressure on bottle for a smooth line. Squeeze paint over lines. Let dry. Any mishaps can be carefully wiped off with a damp cotton swab. Add lettering to back. Let dry.

Insert gift card through slit.

Tip:

Save leftover scraps of fun foam in a zip top plastic bag for your little ones to create one-of-a-kind projects.
