  • Scissors
  • Glue or Glue Gun
  • Candy Corn Barrette:
  • 3-inch Barrette
  • Horizon Group USA Yellow Candy Corn Ribbon

     Candy Corn Barrette:

 
     Cut 1 (8 inch) piece of Yellow Candy Corn ribbon. Fold ends in toward the middle and glue, making a figure eight.

 
     Cut 1 (6 1/2 inch) piece of Yellow Candy Corn ribbon. Repeat step above. Glue smaller bow on top of large bow.

 
     Cut 1 (5 inch) piece of Yw/Org stripe ribbon. Make a figure eight, following above steps. Glue on top of the two candy corn bows.

 
     Cut 1 (2 inch) piece of Yellow Candy Corn ribbon. Wrap ribbon around the assembled ribbon bows and glue on back. Make sure a candy corn is centered in the ribbon.

 
     Cut 2 (5 inch) strips of Yellow Candy Corn ribbon to make the tails of the bow. Glue down the tails onto the barrette. Center the figure eights over the tails on the barrette and glue down.

 
     Black and Orange Barrette:

 
     Cut 1 (9 inch) piece of Blk/Org duality ribbon. Fold ends in toward the middle and glue, making a figure eight. Make sure black side of ribbon is facing up when folding.

 
     Cut 1 (7 ˝ inch) piece of Blk/Org duality ribbon. Fold ends in toward the middle and glue, making a figure eight. Make sure orange side of ribbon is facing up when folding.

 
     Cut 1 (6 ˝ inch) piece Blk/Org duality ribbon. Fold ends in toward the middle and glue, making a figure eight. Make sure black side of ribbon is facing up when folding.

 
     Glue the three bows together, small on top of large.

 
     Cut 1 (2 inch) piece of Blk/Wht dot ribbon. Wrap ribbon around the center of the bows and glue.

 
     Glue bows to the barrette.

 
     Trick or Treat Barrette:

 
     Cut 1 (10 inch) piece of Blk/Org check ribbon. Fold ribbon ends in towards the middle and glue down in the center.

 
     Cut 1 (8 inch) piece Trick or Treat ribbon. Fold ribbon ends in towards the middle and glue down in the center. Make sure the words ‘Trick or Treat’ are centered.

 
     Place the small bow onto the large bow and glue down.

 
     Cut 1 (2 inch) piece Blk/Org stripe ribbon. Wrap ribbon around the center of the bows and glue. Make sure the word “OR” is centered in the middle of the bow.

 
     Glue down the bows to the barrette.

 
     Black, White and Orange Barrette:

 
     Cut 1 (8 inch) pieces of Blk/Wht dot ribbon. Fold ends of each ribbon in toward the middle and glue, making a figure eight.

 
     Cut 1 (5 ˝ inch) pieces of Org/Blk dot ribbon. Fold ends of each ribbon in toward the middle and glue, making a figure eight. Place the small bow on top of the large bow and attach using glue.

 
     Cut 1 (2 inch) piece of Blk/Org stripe ribbon. Wrap around the center of the assembled bows and glue.

 
     Glue assembled bows to barrette. Repeat steps 1-4 for second barrette.

Tip: Refer to photo to complete project.
