Due to the seasonal nature of some merchandise, actual availability of some products pictured may vary.

Cut one 10-inch x 5-inch block of black cardstock. Fold in half to create card base. Cut one 4¾-inch x 4¾-inch block of white cardstock. Adhere to card using foam squares.

Cut one 4½-inch x 4½-inch block of black cardstock. Cut one 4¼-inch x 4¼-inch block of pinstriped cardstock. Adhere together.

Cut one 6-inch piece of tulle. Tie ribbon around center of tulle. Wrap ribbon and tulle onto back of black block and adhere in place. Adhere to white block.

Cut glasses. Using Wedding cartridge and silver cardstock, cut one 3½-inch <Glasses>. Repeat cut using white cardstock and Shadow feature. Repeat cut using black cardstock and Blackout feature. Repeat cut using vellum. Emboss velum using Cuttlebug machine and Tiny Bubbles embossing folder. Layer and adhere to card as shown using foam squares.

Cut Cheers. Using Wild Card cartridge and aqua cardstock, select Phrase feature, press Shift, and cut one 5½-inch <Celbrt-s>. Adhere to card front.
