- Artist’s Loft® Acrylic Paint
- Recollections™ Scrapbook Paper
- ArtMinds™ Decoupage Glue Sealer
- Recollections™ Adhesive Runner
- Scissors
- Paintbrush
- Sharpie® Marker – Black
Project Instructions
Measure the cover of the journal and cut a piece of scrapbook paper to fit. Use the decoupage glue to attach paper to journal cover.
Cut out design to create a stencil from scrapbook paper and trace on paper, as shown. Paint around the design in red and white. Let dry.
Use the back of your paintbrush and make dots in black and white round design. Let dry.
Attach a piece of ribbon to the side of the cover using the adhesive runner.
Cut out a piece of the scrapbook paper and attach onto the inside of the paper design. Overlap part of the ribbon.
Add white and pink paint to the edges of the book, covering up part of the red, as shown.
Add words of choice with a black Sharpie® marker.
Finish by tying ribbons to the spiral of the journal.
