When I went to pick up my order, the staff was rude and made me go get it myself and take it to my car myself versus bringing it to my car

Be careful using this company’s shipping service this is how I received my items

they had a medical emergency prior to my arrival to pick up 100 canvas that were already paid for and sitting by the door. a clerk told me through the locked door that the manager was the only person with a key and she was on the phone with Michaels Emergency Services. I told her I only needed those canvas that were right by the door. All they needed to do was open the door and let me have them. They were already paid for. i was not there to shop amd no one needed to check me out. They refused. I stood outside for 45 minutes calling the store and begging for them to give me my canvas. I had a job to be at with those canvas. while I can respect the fact they had a medical emergency an hour earlier, this is still a business and they were now affecting MY business. When the manager finally opened the door for me and was screaming at me, she shoved the U boat at me and all the canvas fell to the floor. suffice it to say, I will be purchasing my canvas elsewhere.

The sizing of this canvas is amazing for those who draw and paint small, I’ve bought so many items from Michaels and have not one complaint for them. Definitely a 5 star review for this 14 x 14 and an affordable prize for 6 of them!!!!
