Artist's Loft® Necessities™ Gesso Brush is rated 3.0 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bristle fallout! It gets the job done when you need to cover large areas (I'm doing a mural) but you need to keep stopping because the hairs in the brush keep falling out! If i were using this as is expected (for gesso) i can't imagine how frustrating it might be for someone to use and to keep having to remove stray hairs.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Gesso much you can say Minimal hair loss for an inexpensive brush. I might tighten the ferrell before using it next time. I used mine with acrylic "gesso".

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Does the job It's a basic brush and applies the gesso somewhat unevenly. My main problem is the bristles sometimes fall off into the gesso which can be a nuisance.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This brush was disappointing The brush gave a bit too much texture to the gesso (even when properly thinned) and lost bristles with every other stroke.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Okay gesso brush for the price Some of the bristles came loose while applying the gesso, but it's not the end of the world, just nitpicking really.
