I tried to use my vouchers for an online order.  They only had 1 of 4 items i ordered, but i did not get the voucher money placed back into my account.

My curbside pick up was missing an item . I drove about 45 mins to pick it up and they told me that they stop doing curbside pick up at 6pm? It did not tell me that on the app while ordering or in any of the emails or text messages. Now I’m trying to see how I can be refunded for my missing items. Michaels could use some improvements in their app and communication skills. I had my baby sleeping in the back of my car at 7:45 pm. plus the app does not give you any way to say you have misisng items.
