The frame was securely wrapped with no tears and it was in excellent condition. Lately, it seems that when you buy a frame in any store, it's already scratched, chipped, or marked, so it was nice to get one that's wrapped and in excellent condition. It does have a slight greenish hue to it in certain lighting and even when you look at the pic on the website you can see it, so I wouldn't call it just gray but it's still very nice.

The front of the frame is as depicted, but the sides of the frame don’t match. The edges are a green color and look odd.

I received an email saying you only had one in stock and before I could pick it up, received another email saying thanks for picking it up. I haven't left the house! Called and they said it had been picked up already. Trying to get a refund for the whole purchase.
