Approx = Approximately Beg = Begin(ning) St(s) = Stitch(es)

Sizes: 6/12(18/24) mos Gauge: 10½ sts and 20 rows = 4” in garter st.

Step 2
Instructions

Cast on 22 (24) sts. Work in garter st (knit every row) until work from beg measures 14 (15)" [35.5 (38) cm].

Cast off knitwise.
Step 3
Finishing

Fold work in half with cast on and cast off edges meeting. Sew side seams. Cinch top corners approx 2" in from top and side edges to form ears. With black yarn, embroider eyes and nose with satin stitch, as seen in picture.
