You're new to the skills necessary to complete this project, or maybe you've tried them just once or twice before.

Step 1
Take the frame back off and lay it with the easel on the bottom. 
Step 2
Take the glass out of the frame and set aside. 
Step 3
Using the stencil tape, make stripes around the frame. 
Step 4
Using a foam pouncer, paint the white paint onto the black frame that is not taped off. 
Step 5
Gently take off the stencil tape before the paint dries. Set aside to dry. 
Step 6
Place the adhesive tape all around the edges of the frame back (make sure the easel is facing down). 
Step 7
Take the protective backing off of the adhesive tape. 
Step 8
Lay the bandana on top of the adhesive tape and smooth it out with your hands. 
Step 9
Turn the frame back over (make sure the easel is facing up). 
Step 10
Using the scissors, cut off the extra bandana that is around the frame backing. 
Step 11
Insert the frame backing into the frame and display.
