I am not positive that this is the same frame that l bought. Nevertheless, be aware that some frames will not allow a mat. Check it out. After matting and framing the back cover  could not be locked down into the frame. No way. Impossible. Just be sure and check space between the finished backing and the tabs that go under the frame and hold together. My project not doing well have to redo it all.

The measurements for this frame are 8x10, which is exactly what I needed. I spent a lot of time looking at different frames from multiple stores to make sure i got exactly what I wanted. So i was pretty upset when i got home, put my picture measuring exactly 8x10 in, and realized part of the picture ddisplay was cut off. I grabbed my tape measure and discovered the ACTUAL measurements of this frame are closer to 7.5 x 9.5. Complete waste of time.

I wanted to cancel this order and couldnt find a way to do it through the app so Ijust didn’t pick it upand figured it would be put back i to iinventiry without chatginv ne as the email stated, but was charged for it and now I can’t figure out how to contact Michael’s. it says it was picked up. But it was not picked up by me. I need someone to reconcile this problem for me. I am extremely upset by this. This customer service is HORRIBLE. I am beyond disappointed.

I picked up three frames from your Brooklyn store at Metropolitan Avenue. It was not packed correctly , therefore when I got home, I saw that two of the frames were scratched.  The corner frame packings were missing and considering I purchased three frames with glass, nothing was placed between them to protect it. I will be returning it tomorrow to a local Michaels.

Firstly I love these frames, but April 2022 they cost $18.49 ea. There's no way it's doubled honorably.
