I ordered a 24x36 frame to put an anniversary gift in. When I was putting it in I noticed that on the back there was a huge deep scratch and someone had taken a black marker and tried to color it in. I did not pay that much money for a damaged frame. THEN I had to send one back for a refund because I got the wrong size initially....the received it on the 31st and I have yet to receive my money back 2 weeks later. I call and they say "oh it takes time, give it another day or 2". So now you have the frame, my money and send me a damaged frame...nice. I will never order from them again!

Ordered this frame and it arrived today. After taking it out of the box it instantly feel apart at the corner join. Currently trying to get a hold of Customer Service to get my money back. Seems to be a common problem with these frames.

I was surprised to find this unusual size is available.  Walgreen's offers prints in this size, and they fit perfectly in this frame.  I bought this at the store, not online, and my frame was in perfect condition.  I will buy more.

We ordered the frame like 3 times. First 2 times, the glass was broken. 3rd time - we finally got the frame without broken glass. Go to frame it and find that one corner of of the frame was not even glued together - simply ready to come apart. This was on both the frames that we ordered - seems like this company is having serious qaulity issues.

Frame arrived separated. very, very disappointing. It also has what look like deep marks from staple on the front. ( industrial/framing staple, nota paper staple.)
