Material List
- Tulip Soft® Fabric Paint, 1 oz. – Glacier White Matte
- Tulip ® Fashion Glitter™ – Neon Blue
- Tulip ® Fashion Glitter™ Bond, 1 oz.
- Tulip® Fashion Form™
- T-Shirt – Pink Neon
- Masking Tape
- Disposable Plate
- Paintbrush - 1" flat
- Copy Paper – White
- Straight Pins
Project Instructions
Step 1 Insert Tulip® Fashion Form™ inside layers of T-shirt.
Step 2 Apply masking tape to create 2" stripes on the bottom half of shirt.
Step 3 Paint three coats of Glacier White Tulip Soft® paint inside stripes. Let dry between coats.
Step 4 Let dry and peel off tape.
Step 5 Cut out an 8" heart from white paper. Straight pin heart to center of shirt.
Step 6 Squeeze lines of Fashion Glitter™ Bond around the heart to create a 1½" band of glue. Add random dots around the edges of the band.
Step 7 While Fashion Glitter™ Bond is still wet, sprinkle with Neon Blue glitter. Let dry completely.
Step 8 Unpin heart pattern. Shake off excess glitter onto disposable plate and return unused glitter to container.
