- Craft Smart® Paint – Neon Orange
- Michael's® Wood Laser-cut Rectangular frame
- Paintbrush – Flat
- Water Container
- Palette (or Plastic Plate)
- Paper Towels
Project Instructions
Step 1 Seal as desired.
Step 2 Base coat frame Metallic Brown.
Step 3 Float Metallic Red, Metallic Green, and Metallic Blue randomly around frame, wet on wet.
Step 4 Float Neon Orange randomly around edges.
