Step 1
Cut Bristol sheet to 11"x17" to fit in frame. Cut a piece of the chalk roll to 11"x17", peel backing off and stick to the Bristol sheet. 
Step 2
Using a ruler and pencil, measure down about 4" and make a mark. Measure down vertically in one inch increments and draw a horizontal line across, each time. 
Step 3
Using a ruler and pencil, measure in 4" increments and draw a vertical line down. Then measure seven 1" increments and draw vertical lines down. 
Step 4
Using the ruler (cork-backed), trace over the lines with a white chalkboard marker, making sure each line is dry before drawing the next so as not to smudge the lines. 
Step 5
Write in days of the week and chores.
