Step 1 Fill the bottle caps with seed beads.
Step 2 Pour enough resin into the bottle caps to cover the seed beads. Let cure as directed on resin package.
Step 3 Place a small drip of E6000® Craft Adhesive on the back of one of the bottle caps.
Step 4 Sandwich an eye pin between two bottle caps placing the eye of the pin near the edge of the bottle cap. Place the other bottle cap on top of the eye pin and weight down until the glue is set and dry.
Step 5 Bend the long end of the eye pin to a 90° angle. Cut to ¼" with jewelry cutters.
Step 6 Grasp the end of the wire with the round nose pliers and begin rolling to form a loop.
Step 7 Before closing the loop, place the section of chain onto the loop.
Step 8 Place a head pin through a bead.
Step 9 Bend the head pin to a 90° angle. Cut to ¼" with jewelry cutters.
Step 10 Grasp the end of the wire with the round nose pliers and begin rolling to form a loop.
Step 11 Before closing the loop attach the beaded head pin to the chain length.
Step 12 Continue to add beaded head pins to the chain.
Step 13 Open the loop at the top end of the bottle cap. Place an earring wire onto the loop. Make two earrings.
