- Mod Podge®
- Acrylic Paint – Brown
- Craft Punch – 1" Circle
- Ribbon, Wide – Red and Green Plaid

Project Instructions
Step 1 Cut circles from old book pages using the 1" circles.
Step 2 Coat the cowbell with Mod Podge®.
Step 3 Apply circles one at a time, making sure they are evenly spaced. When spacing there may be some circles that overhang the bell. Cut this part off. Let dry.
Step 4 For an aged effect, brush on and wipe off the circles with very diluted brown paint. Let dry.
Step 5 Finish by drawing the wide plaid ribbon through the handle opening at the top of the cowbell, forming a hanging loop. Tie the two ends together creating a bow. Trim as needed.
Tips
Vary the dots by using different sizes of hole punches.
Blow dry wet paint to shorten drying time.
