  • After submitting an Internal Application, Store associates applying for store positions should print their application, request their managers’ signatures and forward to the Field Recruiter when requested. Store associates applying for Corporate position should print their application, request their managers’ signatures and forward to the Corporate Recruiting Coordinator at (972) 409-1997. Corporate associates applying for corporate positions should request their managers’ signatures and forward to their HR Generalist.

  • Store associates should direct any questions regarding their application, timeframe and selection for the position
    to their District Manager.  Corporate associates should direct questions to their HR Generalist.
  • 12+ months in your current role.

  • At least a Meets Expectations rating on your most recent performance review.

  • No outstanding performance issues.

  • Fully developed in your current role.

  • Currently possess the skills, education and job requirements of the new position.
