Material List

  • Crafter’s Café Coordinating Embellishments – Circus (9)
  • Unfinished Wood Birdhouse on Pedestal
  • Silk Flower Heads, Small – Coordinating Colors of Choice (5-6)
  • Acrylic Paint – Yellow and Red
  • Paintbrush – Medium Flat
  • Low Heat Glue Gun
  • Toothpick
 

Project Instructions

Step 1 Paint birdhouse yellow. Let dry.

Step 2 Glue buttons on roof resembling shingles.

Step 3 Embellish birdhouse and base as desired with gems, buttons, pom poms, and ribbon bows. Layer flower gems on some buttons for extra sparkle.

Step 4 Glue flower heads around base and on roof as accents.

Step 5 Add red paint dots as desired.

Tips

• Refer to photo for embellishing ideas. • Embellish according to size and shape of birdhouse. • Dip toothpick in glue. Apply to back of gem, set gem in place. • Print red dots to accent, by dipping brush handle in paint and printing on surface.
