- (9) Wood Blocks
- Acrylic Paint – Red
- Scrapbook Paper, Prints – Color/Design of Choice
- Scrapbook Paper, Solid – Color of Choice
- Embroidery Floss – Pink
- Embroidery Needle
- Craft Glue – White
- Scissors
- Toothpick
Project Instructions
Step 1 Paint wood blocks red. Let dry.
Step 2 Cut scrapbook paper to fit size of blocks. Glue to blocks and let dry.
Step 3 Cut letters to spell “ROMANCE” from solid color paper. Glue to blocks and let dry.
Step 4 Embellish as desired.
Step 5 Glue rick rack on front or around sides of block.
Step 6 String floss through buttonholes of button, knotting on top. Trim floss ends.
Step 7 Glue ribbon rose to center of medium button.
Step 8 Stitch through buttonholes of button, adding a pearl bead that sits on top of button. Knot floss on back.
Step 9 Glue embellishments directly to block.
