Project Instructions
Step 1 Have an adult cut slits across top of visor, two slits for every feather.
Step 2 Slide craft boa into slits in visor and center it, as shown. Trim sides to desired length on each side.
Step 3 Cut desired shapes out of foam and stick them on the visor.
Step 4 Glue marabou feathers to front of visor, as shown. Press down until glue dries enough to hold on its own.
Step 5 Tie three smaller feathers to each side of the craft boa.
