This Big Bite is sturdy and punches holes through cardboard, light wood, and a good-sized stack of paper. Sets eyelets well. The holes are not perfectly round, due to a burr in the metal, which is why I only give 4 stars, but otherwise, this is a great tool. I'm super happy with it.

This is an artist/crafter classic. I have all sorts of ways of punching holes and placing rivets, but this is really the gold standard for small scale art-making. As far as I can tell, it's well-made and will last as long as I need it to. I didn't buy the little plier shaped cropadile because this is good enough to do close and far holes, so I don't need both.
