- Tsukineko® StazOn® Ink – Royal Blue
- Gift Bag, Translucent – Blue
- Tissue – Blue
- Cardstock – White and Blue
- Permanent Marker – Light Blue
- ArtMinds™ Adhesive Dots
Project Instructions
Use StazOn® pad to ink Dahlia and stamp randomly on gift bag and tissue.
Use permanent marker to color inside of a few Dahlia petals on each flower stamped on the bag to add dimension.
Stamp Happy Birthday stamp in blue on white cardstock, and trim around sentiment.
Layer stamped panel to slightly larger blue cardstock panel.
Attach layered sentiment to front of bag with dot adhesive.
Tuck tissue in bag.
