Project Instructions
Step 1 Paint entire frame with desired paint color. Apply a second coat, if needed.
Step 2 Use a pencil to mark placement for stripes.
Step 3 Cut all chenille stems to desired length.
Step 4 Apply craft glue to all pre-drawn lines and place chenille stems accordingly.
Step 5 Embellish with glitter and pom poms.
