Fiskars® Circle Cutter is rated 2.9 out of 5 by 25.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes clean, accurate cuts! I purchased this device to cut a piece of solar safety film for a 58mm threaded filter for my camera. The cut had to be as clean and accurate as possible to avoid damaging my eyes while photographing the upcoming solar eclipse. All it took was a couple of practice cuts before I attempted the safety film. In a word, the results were great! The Fiskars circle cutter is a terrific tool!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware user error I read mixed reviews but was sold when someone basically said "you just have to use it right." So true!! The trick is to lightly push the button down with your weak hand while spinning the device with your dominant hand. It's a LIGHT touch. I messed up trying to push too hard or trying to hold the paper while turning - neither is necessary. Once you get the feel down it works perfectly!! What more could you ask for besides perfect circles people?!! It's great!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible This product was not user friendly it butchered my pictures and paper I have used many circle cutters in the past and bought this one because Fiskars is a reputable name for cutting tools. This circle cutter however was not a good product I am going to take it back to the store and return it for something else

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work! It seemed like it was going to be perfect for what I needed and at a good price, but I was never able to cut a complete circle. At first I thought maybe the paper was too thick, but I tried it on a much thinner piece of scrapbook paper and got the same result. Plus the paper tends to spin while you are trying to cut the circle. I returned it and got a punch style cutter.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Package was stapled and some blades were missing. I didn't realize until I got home that it must have been opened before.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely Amazing when Used Properly This is a *superb* tool when you use it as directed. Tape down your paper - don't just let it float free. Stand over the cutter so you have top-down leverage. With your off-hand, press on the big orange circle. Then use pressure and turn the outer circle with the pressure over the blade. I've used this on regular paper, photo paper, you name it, and it works like an absolute charm. I'm curious for those who have trouble - are you sure you taped down your paper so it doesn't move? Are using this while standing over it so your pressure is top-down? That you're pressing over the blade when you turn it? Feel free to contact me at my website to ask questions - I think this cutter is an amazing tool for crafters and jewelry makers. I'm currently using it to make circles for cabochon jewelry and it just whips right through them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for circles I works great I just wish it had a clearer view of wear it's actually cutting, would also be nice to have a cover for the bottom the blade is open so be careful where you set it down could scratch wood etc.
