I bought this to frame an 8x10 photo for a Christmas present. After opening it, I noticed a couple little black plastic chips that were coming off from the frame. Note: I bought this IN-STORE, so these frames aren’t just broken through the mail; they are made very poorly. The worst part is that it didn’t even fit my 8x10 photo. I measured both the frame and my photo and the frame is the incorrectly sized one. The picture was folded up in the middle because the frame is too small by about 1/8th in. Overall just a bad purchase. I wouldn’t recommend this frame to anyone and will be returning it to Michael’s.

My 8x8 picture wouldn’t fit the frame. I thought maybe the artist accidentally cut it slightly oversized, so I measured it. Nope. The picture wasn’t even a millimeter off 8 inches. Then I measured the frame opening. It was just 7 and 7/8 inches wide…

I wish I'd bought this in store instead of ordering online for pickup.  Then I would have picked up one without a crack in the corner.  I would have taken it back, but it was for a gift the next morning.  I put some glue on it, and that did ok.  Enough that it wasn't worth driving back over to replace it.  Otherwise, it's a nice enough frame.  But pick yours yourself.  Don't rely on the staff to pick it, as they'll just pick the first one on the shelf.

You pay for what you get - cheap frame. Looks fine in a bedroom but both of the sizes I got (large and small) came missing pieces from the corners. It's not a great design.

I purchased 18 glass 3.5x5 photo frames and they were all shipped to me together in one plastic mailer with ZERO packing material. Obviously they showed it complety covered in shattered glass and I had to take a bag of shattered glass back to the store to return.
