- Mod Podge®
- Recollections™ Glitter
- Foam Brush
- Scissors
- Low Heat Glue Gun
- Tulle
Project Instructions
Take skeletons off of the garland. Set garland aside.
Coat skeletons with Mod Podge®. Sprinkle them with glitter and shake off excess. Return excess glitter to container for future projects.
Glue glitter skeletons back to garland.
Tie pieces of tulle in between skeletons and trim at desired length.
