- DecoArt® Craft Twinkles® – Christmas Red
- Wood Laser-Cut Frame
- Raffia (or Holiday Ribbon)
- Water Container
- Palette (or Plastic Plate)
- Paper Towels
- Paintbrush – #10 Flat
Project Instructions
Step 1 Use #10 flat brush to paint top of frame Santa Red.
Step 2 Use same brush with Christmas Red. Apply coats as needed.
Step 3 Loop length of raffia or holiday ribbon through scrollwork at top to hang.
