- Contact Paper – Clear
- Craft Knife

- Foam Plate (or Foil for Palette)

Project Instructions
Step 1 Insert Tulip® Fashion Form inside T-shirt and place on a flat surface.
Step 2 Using painter’s tape, tape off a triangle as a guide for your hill.
Step 3 Apply Tulip® ribbon stencil to the top center of the triangle.
Step 4 Squeeze out Petal Pink Tulip® Soft® paint onto palette.
Step 5 Dip sponge into paint, tap off excess and apply to ribbon stencil.
Step 6 Remove stencil and repeat, working your way down until triangle is filled. Remove tape. Note: The bottom row will not have a complete bow. Only top portion will show. Let dry.
Step 7 Trace “Valley Hill Run” template or your own wording onto clear contact paper and cut out using a craft knife over cutting mat.
Step 8 Place cut out stencil onto T-shirt under “hill” of ribbons.
Step 9 Apply Petal Pink Tulip® Soft® paint onto wording stencil. Remove stencil. Let dry.
Step 10 Using Pink Slick dimensional paint, add ribbons randomly. Let dry.
