Step 1
First, take the black T-shirt and cut off the sleeve seams, the bottom seam, and cut a "V" neck.
Step 2
Add two pieces of Mud Puddle Duck Tape® to the "V" neck to make a trim.
Step 3
Now take the gray shirt and cut off the sleeves, then cut up the middle, creating a vest, and cut jagged lines along the bottom of the shirt.
Step 4
Attach small pieces of felt to the tops of the shoulders of the vest with fabric tape. Cut felt in jagged shapes.
Step 5
Trace a sword shape onto a piece of foam board, and cut out using a ruler and an X-ACTO® knife.
Step 6
Cover the blade part of the sword with Silver Coin Duck Tape®, and the top of the handle with brown Duck Tape®.
Step 7
To make the belt, stick a long piece of Mud Puddle Duck Tape® to itself. Keep adding length until it is long enough to wrap around the waist.
Step 8
Cover a small piece of poster board with Mud Puddle Duck Tape®. Then attach a rectangle of felt to the front of the covered poster board and secure with Duck Tape®.
Step 9
Create a small loop with Duck Tape® and attach to one side of the belt. Attach the pouch you made on the poster board to the other side.
Step 10
Secure the belt around the waist with another piece of Duck Tape®.
