I followed the directions on the can when using the product. I was using this product to seal a photo placed on wood. After 15 minutes, the dry time sepcified, there was a powdery white residue left on the photo. It wiped off of part of the photo, but left marks on other parts, ruining the photo. Luckily, I ran a test on a test photo (same paper, picture as the one to actually be used) so I did not ruin the project.

It is effective in creating a seal on my projects. However, you definitely need to spray several times to create an effective and obvious seal.

Krylon is a reliably  high quality product. Micheals knows that artists and creators need  a reasonable price and a source close by.

This is ok but doesn't dry as shiny as the kamar varnish
